An excellent opportunity for Engineer - Environmental has arisen to join our Project Services team. Residentially based in Sangatta Project and reporting to the Senior Engineer Environmental, you will have responsibilities to develop, implement and evaluate waste and Hydrocarbon management, plans and programs to comply to Thiess standard, KPC requirement and ISO 14001 Requirement and to promote the environmental awareness at Thiess Sangatta Project.
The scope of your role will include but not be limited to actively communicate with KPC environmental Department, BU Environmental Department in order to get information on the waste and hydrocarbon management requirement update, develop procedure for waste and hydrocarbon and revise any changes based on the new Requirements (KPC requirement, BU and Government Regulation); Provide waste and Hydrocarbon inspection and audit schedule; conduct the waste and hydrocarbon inspection and audit; obtain all data in regard to the waste and hydrocarbon management; provide advice and support to the project concerning waste and management issues; assist the senior environmental engineer in regard to absence of the environmental engineer and supervisor on site; obtain the information of the environmental management system implementation.
To be successful in this role you will need to have Degree in Environmental Engineering, 2 years experience in similar role; basic knowledge in waste and hydrocarbon management, posses POP Pratama Training, information monitoring and data collection; good communication in English as well Bahasa.
