Scholarship) program, which is administered by the National Institute for

7. Notice for Candidate recommendation and application

a. The final selections are made by the National Institute for
International Education

Among 52 universities nationwide, 15 students are recommended by each
university (a total of 780 students) and a total of 200 students are
ultimately selected by NIIED.

b. Academically distinguished students given priority

For students with grade average above 90, high level of language proficiency

c. Natural Science and Engineering given preference if candidates have the
same grades and qualifications.
